The company dinner on January 5th, between family, memory, and the future
On Monday, January 5th, 2026, at Tenuta InAgro in San Severo, we experienced one of those moments that go beyond a simple company dinner. The traditional year-end gathering of Molino De Vita became, this year, a true shared beginning of the year, shaped by people, memory, and the future.
All Molino employees were present, together with Nicola De Vita, Sole Director of the company, his children Francesca and Vincenzo, and Nicola’s parents. The evening was lived with simplicity, without formality, in the same spirit that guides our daily work: side by side.
During the dinner, Nicola De Vita addressed all those present with a message. Sincere words, spoken openly, recounting a demanding year, not without difficulties, but also a year in which the Molino managed to go beyond its production limits thanks to the commitment, sense of responsibility, and team mindset demonstrated by everyone.
It was a speech about work, of course, but above all about people. About those who face problems by seeking solutions. About those who do not step back. About those who feel the Molino not only as a workplace, but as a shared project.
The most moving moment came when Nicola spoke about the origins. The dream from which everything began. The memory of his brother Michele, who passed away at the very beginning of the Molino’s history. A memory that is never rhetorical, but deeply alive, and that continues to accompany the company’s journey.
At that very moment, the employees chose to surprise Nicola with a special gift: a digitally recreated image portraying Nicola and Michele together, immersed in a wheat field. A symbolic piece, powerful in its simplicity, which made visible what is often left unspoken. It was a moment of profound emotion, shared in silence, bringing everyone together in the name of memory, respect, and gratitude.
This beginning of 2026 takes on even greater significance because the year that has just begun marks an important milestone: the 30th anniversary of Molino De Vita. Thirty years of daily work, responsibility, and people who have left their mark over time and continue to do so every day.
For the new year, the production bonus for employees has once again been confirmed, along with a recognition for our hauliers, an integral part of our daily journey. A concrete sign of attention toward those who contribute, with seriousness and consistency, to the life of the Molino.
The evening concluded in the most natural way possible: with the cutting of the cake and a family photo, joined by all employees. An image that, more than many words, tells what it truly means to be Molino De Vita.
A beginning of the year that reminded us where we come from, who we are, and why we continue to do this work every day.
