The earth is a caring mother who gives unsparingly.
Farmers know this.
And we are farmers before we are millers.
That is why we are accustomed to care and respect that we make explicit by concretizing the concept of eco-sustainability. And we do it every day without sparing energy and resources. So since 2011, thanks to the installation of a 1-megawatt wind turbine and the use of a photovoltaic system of our own, we are almost completely self-sufficient from the energy point of view, in powering the production facilities, making sure that much of our energy supply comes from clean sources. A substantial and real contribution in support of the territory and the environment, as also highlighted by the recent LCA study - Life Cycle Assessment.
